RATES & CANCELLATION POLICY

There are no rate charts for Action Plus Adventures. We utilize only one fee. All charters are private and exclusive. You will not have strangers fishing with you. We are certified for a maximum of 6 anglers and regardless of whether you are alone or have 6 members in your party, the fee is $625.00 plus a state sales tax of 4.167% for a 4 hour exclusive.

People ask us about 6 or 8 hour charters. In your best interest we do not book 6 or 8 hour tours because we don’t know what weather and fishing conditions are going to be like on any given day. If you are enjoying the experience and are having a good time with our staff, you can elect to extend the charter on an hourly basis for $150.00 per hour. Just let us know that there is a possibility for an extension and we will keep your options open for day, which means we will not book another charter even if it means a loss of revenue to us.

A large percentage of our charters are return customers who are familiar with sea conditions on Kauai and they will book all day charters with no reservations.

As for cancellation policies, we have none. Just make a reservation and we will confirm it and hold the reservation for you with no requirements for credit card numbers. We encourage you to come to Kauai and personally inspect and talk to all fishing charter operations to insure that you are confirmed on the best possible charter with the best rates. All we ask is that you reconfirm your booking within 48 hours of your scheduled departure or we may fill that time slot if we have not heard from you. I believe that this is a fair arrangement for all parties involved without anyone suffering any monetary loss.
